We service Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs) across Kent, East Sussex and parts of Surrey.

 

Please note we do not work in London or Essex (including South London).

 

We fix faults and ensure everything works to keep your you, your family and your property warm.

 

Air Source Heat Pumps need to be serviced regularly (generally once a year) for the following reasons:

 

  • to ensure they work as effectively as possible
  • to comply with manufacturer’s warranty and guarantee requirements

 

A service will generally take around 3 hours onsite plus travelling time. If there are faults to be diagnosed and fixed this will take at least an hour.

 

We are authorised installers and maintenance engineers:

  • Samsung EHS Approved Installers
  • Accredited partner for Mitsubishi Electric

We can also install and service Hitachi, RED and Vaillant Air Source Heat Pumps.
